Brand Marketing Manager

Santa Monica, CA, United States of America (Hybrid)

About H\FC

H\FC is the Gen Z career platform helping students build real skills and opportunities while helping brands authentically engage Gen Z talent through ambassador programs, creator content, product testing, and more.

The Role

We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to own H\FC's brand voice, content strategy, and creator programs — making sure we show up consistently across student-facing (Gen Z) channels and B2B-facing (brand partner) channels.

You'll lead integrated campaigns, manage influencer programs, and guide social media to grow our presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more — ensuring H\FC connects emotionally with students while earning credibility with brands.

What You'll Do

  • Brand & Content Strategy: Define H\FC's voice across Gen Z and B2B audiences, create dual-audience content calendars, and produce thought leadership that positions H\FC as a category leader.

  • Social Media Leadership: Own strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (Gen Z) and LinkedIn (B2B). Partner with social team to create engaging content and experiment with new formats.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead cross-channel campaigns, experiential activations, and PR efforts that reach both students and brand partners.

  • Creator Programs: Build and scale influencer partnerships from sourcing to ROI measurement. Cultivate long-term creator relationships.

  • Performance & Optimization: Monitor brand health, analyze content performance, and iterate based on insights across both audiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 4–6 years in brand/content marketing with heavy social media focus. Direct experience running influencer programs end-to-end with measurable ROI.

  • Short-Form Video Mastery: 3+ years hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Proven track record of viral content, trend identification, and algorithm optimization.

  • Gen Z Cultural Fluency: Native understanding of Gen Z digital culture, slang, memes, and values. Ability to create authentic content that doesn't feel corporate and spot emerging trends before they peak.

  • Skills: Social-first mindset that balances Gen Z authenticity with B2B credibility. Strong project management, excellent storytelling, and data-informed creative thinking. Experience managing social teams.
