Overview

Home From College is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join the Enterprise Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You will act as the supporting contact for assigned accounts, driving customer satisfaction and retention while contributing to the overall success of the company.




Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as a liaison between the company and assigned clients.

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding and addressing their needs and challenges.

  2. Account Growth and Strategy

    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services.

    • Collaborate with clients to develop strategies that align with their business goals.

    • Monitor market trends and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.

  3. Project Coordination and Delivery

    • Execute client campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.

    • Work cross-functionally to deliver solutions.

    • Manage client budgets, contracts, and invoicing.

  4. Performance Monitoring

    • Track and report on account performance metrics, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.

    • Analyze account data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

    • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

  5. Communication and Reporting

    • Prepare and deliver regular updates and reports to clients.

    • Facilitate EOC reviews to discuss performance and future plans.




Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or brand partnership strategy. 

  • Excellent client facing communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be organized, able to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects at once.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Support against KPIs and deliverables that align with H\FC and the clients at hand.

  • Must be comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
