We’re looking for a strategic, client-facing Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow our most important brand relationships. This role will sit on our Enterprise team, reporting directly to the CEO, and play a critical role in delivering and expanding partnerships with Fortune 500 and high-growth brands.
You’ll be responsible for managing enterprise accounts end-to-end—driving campaign execution, leading influencer and ambassador programs, and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships over time.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Account Ownership
Own and manage relationships with enterprise clients and agency partners
Serve as the primary point of contact across key stakeholders (brand, agency, internal teams)
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
Identify and execute on upsell and expansion opportunities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead the planning and execution of experiential, influencer, and ambassador campaigns
Translate client objectives into actionable campaign strategies
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver high-quality programs
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed expectations
Influencer & Ambassador Programs
Oversee end-to-end execution of creator, ambassador, and campus-based programs
Collaborate on creator selection, campaign structure, and content strategy
Ensure alignment between brand goals and authentic Gen Z engagement
Performance & Insights
Track and report on campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
Present results and insights to clients in a clear, strategic way
Use data to inform optimizations, future campaigns, and growth opportunities
Turn performance into case studies and success stories
Client Strategy & Growth
Develop long-term account plans aligned with client business objectives
Act as a strategic advisor on how brands can best engage Gen Z
Proactively bring new ideas, campaign concepts, and partnership opportunities to clients
Expand relationships across new teams, budgets, and business units
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Scale
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
Advocate for client needs internally and ensure seamless execution
Help build scalable processes for campaign delivery, reporting, and client management
Contribute to refining H\FC’s enterprise offering and go-to-market approach
Ideal Experience
4–8+ years in account management, client success, or partnerships within tech, marketing, or agency environments
Experience managing enterprise or high-growth brand accounts
Proven track record of delivering and expanding integrated marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and experiential campaigns
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
