The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth across both sides of our platform — student acquisition + brand partner growth — through full-funnel campaign execution, organic experimentation, and paid media.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with leadership on strategy, bring creative ideas to the table, and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta/IG, TikTok, AI-powered channels, and emerging platforms while testing organic and product-led growth loops.

You don’t need to be a brand or content expert, but you should have a good instinct for voice and creative that will help you run campaigns that convert.

What You’ll Do

Paid, Organic & AI-Driven Channel Execution

  • Own execution and optimization of paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search/YouTube, Meta (Instagram), TikTok and retargeting.

  • Rapidly test new creative, audiences, and placements to drive down CAC and improve efficiency.

  • Leverage AI tools to scale campaign ideation, creative production, copywriting, targeting experiments, and reporting.

  • Explore scrappy, unconventional growth tactics and organic channels (SEO/AEO, social, partnerships) alongside paid efforts.

Full-Funnel Campaign Execution

  • Support the design and rollout of campaigns that move both students and brands from awareness → conversion.

  • Work closely with sales to align brand-facing campaigns with pipeline goals.

  • Help run student acquisition programs (referrals, ambassador initiatives).

  • Build and iterate nurture sequences to keep leads and users engaged.

Activation, Retention & Expansion

  • Support onboarding and lifecycle campaigns that drive student activity and brand retention.

  • Help execute upsell/cross-sell campaigns for current brand partners.

  • Monitor and optimize retention metrics to improve LTV and reduce churn.

Data, AI & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key growth metrics: CAC, CPL, MQLs, conversion rates, LTV, retention, channel ROI.

  • Build simple dashboards and share insights regularly with leadership.

  • Run A/B tests across ad creative, landing pages, email sequences, and messaging.

  • Use AI to uncover insights, run faster experiments, and predict campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative to develop compelling ad assets, landing pages, and case studies.
    Collaborate with product to improve conversion flows and identify built-in growth loops.

  • Stay current on Gen Z trends, channel updates, and AI-driven growth tactics to keep campaigns fresh.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing.
    Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (required).

  • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing — from awareness through conversion and retention.

  • Comfortable experimenting across organic channels (AEO/SEO, content, referrals).

  • Fluent in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, marketing automation AI, etc.) to accelerate campaign creation, testing, and optimization — and readiness to experiment with AI as an acquisition channel.

  • Analytical mindset with experience building reports, dashboards, and optimization plans.

  • Familiar with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot (or similar).
