We’re looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You’ll work across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels to create unified, high-impact campaigns that bring our brand story to life.
Own the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns—strategy, briefing, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
Partner closely with brand, content, performance, product, comms, and creative teams to align messaging and rollout plans.
Develop and manage campaign calendars across key moments (product launches, seasonal events, partnerships, etc.).
Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints including social, email, digital, experiential, and PR.
Use data to track performance, report on ROI, and continuously refine campaign strategies.
Identify cultural trends and real-time opportunities to activate creative and timely campaigns.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
6-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in an integrated or brand campaign-focused role.
Experience marketing a consumer brand. Consumer Marketplace is a PLUS
Proven track record of managing 360° campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Experience in or working with Gen Z audiences is a plus.
