We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a part of a high-growth, cross-functional business unit focused on acquiring, retaining, and expanding startup and SMB partners. You'll be responsible for owning the full partnership lifecycle — from initial outreach, pitching and closing. You will also be involved in ongoing utilization and renewal.
You’ll also help build processes for scale — building a repeatable playbook, working with the team and using systems to build a scalable acquisition engine.
Own a book of new-to-HFC business focused on startup and SMB accounts
Responsible for sourcing, pitching, closing new strategic accounts for H\FC’s GIG marketplace and Company Profile products
Be responsible for the inbound leads and TOF outbound process for HFC platform, self-serve customers
Create and operationalize repeatable sales and campaign playbook to streamline customer acquisition and management through tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp and other SaaS tools
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to surface insights, improve process and make the product easier to use for account managers and customers
Maintain strong relationships with brands — serving as a trusted partner on brand and growth strategy
Must have 8-10 years of experience in brand partnerships, SaaS sales, account management— ideally in a startup, or experience with Gen Z-facing brands.
Must have marketplace experience (B2B2C or platform-based)— with a clear understanding of how to balance supply and demand, activate both sides of a marketplace, and drive network growth
Must be skilled in building scalable playbooks, growth frameworks, and repeatable processes to support client acquisition and retention
Must be able to set, work towards and deliver on growth targets
Experience managing fast-paced SMB or mid-market accounts with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communicator who can interface with both external brand stakeholders and internal teams
Energized by startups, brand building, and youth culture— and love thinking about how brands show up in the real world
Nice to Have: background in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or youth-focused brand strategy
